Down Under Cruise & Dive:
All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund.
Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid.
All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient.
A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard.
Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel.
Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive.
Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
Captain Cook Cruises - PS Murray Princess:
Cancellation of a bokoing or part thereof will incur the following fees:
* More than 60 days before departure - $50 per person
* Between 30 & 60 days before departure - Loss of deposit
* Between 15 & 30 days before deparutre - 50% of total cost
* Less than 14 days before departure - 100% of total cost
Cancellation fees up to 50% of the cruise fare less an administration fee of $50 per person, may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of the original booking. Special payment and cancellation conditions apply for groups of 15 or more and Special Event Cruises, which are available on application.
No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note: operators (other than SeaLink Travel Group) reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above.
Epic Ocean Adventures:
Cancellation Policy: Please reconfirm booking 24-48 hours in advance in case of time change to suit best weather or beach conditions. Any cancellation inside 48 hours is non refundable. Any cancellation within 7 days will incur a 20% cancelaltion fee.
If cancellation is made by customer and not by Epic Ocean Adventures regarding weather or any other reason the above policy stands.
Epic Ocean Adventures reserves the right to change or cancel tours/ lessons on the rare occasion due to poor or dangerous weather and beach conditions.
Real time assessment may result in cancellation before departure, on arrival or during tour. Refund less the deposit is issued if unable to operate prior to departure due to weather constraints and participants are unable to re book or participate in another activity. If cancellation occurs during tour or on arrival to location, deposit will be non refundable to cover transportation and park fee costs.
Local Travel Planner:
Up to 7 days prior to departure - Full refund
Between 6 and 3 days prior to departure - 50% refund
Less than 48 hours prior to departure or No Show - No refund

PJ Tours:
1: Please be advised that customers who are late or do not show up on the day of the tour, 100% cancellation fee will incur.

3: Vouchers for any attraction are only valid on the day that the ticket is issued.
4: Cancel/ Refund Policy: 72 hours ~ 48 hours 50% of fare / Within 48 hours 100% of fare.
5: Amendments Policy: $25 Per Booking(Within 48Hr No amendments).
6: In the event of cancellation, both cancellation policy and amendment policy will be applied.
